SIS system has been designed for a charity to keep track of itís members, Stock, Invoicing, and receipting. It keeps members details and product details together with a stock level. As a purchase is made, stock availability is checked against the quantity purchased and if available a purchase record is created, from which an invoice can be raised. A receipt record can then be created and the paper receipt can be raised for the customer. Copy Invoices and receipts can be printed if required. Stock levels can be queried, and there are reports available for invoices and receipts raised.

This system does not have to run for a charity and could be adapted for business use.
